This policy covers purchases from LIMEN at limenrituals.com and cosmos.limenrituals.com. Email support@limenrituals.com with your order number, purchase email and details of the issue.
Digital guides and downloads
If a file is missing, corrupt, incorrect or cannot be opened, contact us so we can restore access or supply a working copy. If we cannot provide the product as described, we will refund the affected purchase. Verified duplicate payments for the same order will be refunded.
You may request cancellation of a standard, non-personalised digital product within seven calendar days of purchase. After a refund, please stop using and delete downloaded copies. Any longer cancellation period or other remedy required by applicable law remains available.
Physical stones and mineral specimens
For eligible online purchases, you may notify us of cancellation within seven calendar days after receiving the goods. Contact us for return instructions and return the item carefully packed in its original condition, subject to applicable law. You bear only the direct return cost for a change-of-mind return where permitted by law. No restocking fee applies to this statutory cancellation.
Natural colour variation, inclusions and surface features disclosed in the listing are part of the specimen. This does not excuse an inaccurate description, undisclosed damage or a defective product.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Where practical, include photographs of the item and packaging, and retain the packaging while we arrange a solution. Prompt reporting and photographs help us investigate but do not remove your statutory rights.
Where the South African Consumer Protection Act applies, goods that fail its quality requirements may be returned within six months of delivery, at our risk and expense, for repair, replacement or refund at your election, subject to the Act. For an incorrect item or damage during delivery, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable necessary return costs.
Refund processing
Refunds are made to the original payment method wherever possible. We confirm the amount and processing status by email. Refunds under the applicable seven-day online cooling-off right will be made within 30 days of cancellation; any shorter mandatory deadline still applies. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
How to return an item
Email support@limenrituals.com before posting a parcel so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. This does not make a statutory return dependent on discretionary approval.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or other mandatory consumer laws applicable to your purchase. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that law takes precedence.
